Dual wide-angle vision · 6-axis motion sensing · edge capture terminal
Source: EGO Data Capture Terminal Change Confirmation, 2026-09-11
The EGO capture device is an integrated terminal for spatial data capture and edge computing. Two wide-angle cameras form the vision front end, hardware-synced with a 6-axis IMU so image and motion data share one timeline. Powered by the UNISOC UIS7885 running Android 13, it offers local storage, wired / wireless backhaul and PoE power, and can run long unattended capture sessions on fixed or mobile sites.
The unit integrates a 10000 mAh Li-polymer battery, Gigabit Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi, GNSS and TF-card expansion, plus status LEDs, physical buttons, a vibration motor and a controllable cooling fan for industrial deployment.

Capture pipeline: the on-device app records both video channels, IMU and audio in sync, producing MP4 video plus a per-frame IMU CSV with frame index and timestamps — training-ready pairs straight from the session.
Quality first: hand_presence detection and blur / shake quality labels run on device, filtering unusable segments at capture time and cutting rework after backhaul.
Backhaul & ops: resumable upload over Ethernet / Wi-Fi; Type-C is used for system upgrade, image download and debugging. Device identity and data ownership are bound at capture time, supporting fleet-scale deployment.
